Rorider Promise

COMPLIMENTARY WAIT TIME

Take your time and relax, as all pickups include complimentary wait time — 60 minutes at airports, 15 minutes everywhere else.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES

There are no hidden charges. Your affordable, all-inclusive rate — confirmed before you book — includes all taxes, tolls, fees, and gratuities.

PROFESSIONAL DRIVER

Ride with professional drivers for the first and last miles of your journey. On the day of your ride, you’ll receive status updates and driver contact details via email and Whatsapp.

Free Cancellation

Chaoder offer free cancellation up until 48 hours before the rides.

COMPLIMENTARY MEET & GREET

We offer Meet and Greet services to provide a personalized airport experience.

Airport Transfer

1. The applicable tolls charges are included.

2. Cancellation within 48 hours before the service or passenger no show will be charged fully.

3. Amendment of pick up time and place made within 24 hours before the service will be charged additional 50% of the invoice value.

4. Service between 20:00-07:59 requires extra USD30/trip.

5. Free waiting time 15 minutes after designated pick up time. After free waiting time, 50% of hourly rate will be charged for every 30 minutes.

6. Additional transition charge of USD20 will be charged for each extra stop enroute to destination.

7. Extension for rental period is subject to car availability and prior agreement.

8. When Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) is hosted, Rorider reserves the right to provide the service.

9. Rorider Limited reserve the right to replace the vehicle of similar grade when necessary.

10. Reservation must be made at least 1 working day before the service. All reservation are subject to vehicle availability.

11. Rorider Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.

Local Transfer (Point-to-Point)
